This document is intended to serve as an RFP for a Legal Advisor to assist the Lexington Center Corporation (LCC), in partnership with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG), in evaluating Tax Increment Financing (TIF) laws, establishing the development area and footprint for the best possible use of the Signature TIF program, and writing and reviewing legal contracts related to the TIF program.
