A/E RFPs for Rupp Arena and LCC (Includes Addendum)
Lexington Center Corporation (LCC) extends a Request for Proposals (RFQ) for Architectural and Engineering services for the Rupp Arena, Arts & Entertainment District. The project includes a comprehensive renovation to Rupp Arena, relocation and expansion of the Lexington Convention Center and creating opportunities for private development surrounding the LCC facilities. The LCC requests separate professional services proposals for the Arena project and the Convention Center. Interested candidates must submit a detailed proposal by April 26, 2013.
